Setup & Clear Out

Setup: CPG EXPO Setup must take place the day prior to the event on March 12th. Same-day setup is restricted to minor adjustments only. If you are only participating for the GF EXPO, setup will be the morning of the show, March 14th.

Clear Out: Vendors not participating in the Gluten Free Expo on March 13th must be fully cleared by 7:00 PM on March 12th or may incur a penalty of $4,000.

Common application FAQ
Do you have a discount for exhibiting at both shows?
Yes, we offer 10% OFF your order all year long if you apply for both shows.
Why is the Tradeshow more expensive?
A tradeshow requires a lot more expensive targeted advertising as well as resources like the printed magazine, colour codes badge software etc. In 2027 you will also see more speaker activations and extended hours to the show.
Is electrical included?
Electrical is not included and will need to be purchased seperatly though the event centre. We send information regarding this once you have applied and the costs are outlined within the application. Note that these rates are subject to change slightly and discounts dont apply to outside supliers.
Is a sink provided?
We provide one 3 compartment sink for all exhibitors. 1 sink will be located behind the scenes out of sight of the public. Note that this does not replace your ahnd washing requirements and this sink is shared between all exhibitors for minor washing. Any further requirements past this sink will need to be acquired on the exhibitors own terms.
Is the mini 5x10 booth 10 feet wide and 5 feet deep?
As per diagram below, the mini booths are 5 ft wide and 10 ft deep with 1 x 4ft table, drapes and 1 x small shared waste bin. These booths are design to let smaller brands showcase their product at a lower cost, if this is too small for your brands we recommend a 10x10 regular inline booth.
Can I ship products/set-up in advance to WinSport?
Yes, but the time window of delivery is very small and we will need to ask/communicate the centre before shipping any items to them. Please reach out to us and we will connect you with their shipping department to work out a date and time for delivery. info@cpgexpo.ca
