We’re excited to announce key upgrades for our 2026 event! We are transitioning from a digital show guide to a full physical A4 Show Guide, professionally printed and distributed onsite to all attendees. A digital version will still be available on our website and emailed to all registered attendees and members.
In 2026, we’re also integrating a comprehensive badge & check-in software to ensure smoother, faster entry for exhibitors, buyers, and attendees—no more manual lines, just seamless access.
Our momentum is growing. In April 2025, over 600 registered visitors came through our doors, including retailers, distributors, and media. With new partnerships and expanded outreach, we are expecting an even higher turnout for our second Calgary show.

Setup & Clear Out

Setup: CPG EXPO Setup must take place the day prior to the event on April 16th. Same-day setup is restricted to minor adjustments only. If you are only participating for the GF EXPO, setup will be the morning of the show, April 19th.

Clear Out: Vendors not participating in the Gluten Free Expo must be fully cleared by 6:00 PM or may incur a penalty of $4,000.
